Stakeholders at the Delta State Open Government Partnership (OGP) have lined up week-long activities to join millions in other parts of the world to commemorate this year’s OGP week.
A statement by the Hon. Commissioner for economic planning Delta State. Dr. Barry Gbeko, Chair State Actors and Chief Uti Emmanuel co-chair non-state actors OGP, Delta State , says the global OGP week with a strategic focus , a global call to action to transform the way governments serve their citizens will run from Monday May 8 – Friday May 12th , 2023.
The statement also noted that Delta State since signing onto OGP have been consistent in the progress towards implementation and reporting of the state action plan , adding that they hope to sustain it and ensure it delivers for the state.
