Event: Why Tackling Corruption is Urgent for a Just Energy Transition

Events

The fossil fuel industry is particularly vulnerable to corruption risks. At the same time, the global energy transition, including the adoption of renewables, has not been happening in a governance vacuum. Corruption and inefficiencies have not only worsened the climate crisis but also severely limited the options for the energy transition.

If you’re here at the IACC International Anti-Corruption Conference#IACC2022 or in the DC area, please join us tomorrow at 3.30pm (Washington DC time) for this workshop as we deliberate on patterns and trends, foster collaboration, and identify emerging approaches for countering corruption and governance inefficiencies that may potentially inhibit the energy transition.

To join virtually, register on the International Anti Corruption Conference Website.
